Upon reaching out through our contact form, you'll receive an email containing a link to book your priority consultation with our Hatter. Consultations are available both in store and online via Zoom. Fittings can be scheduled between 10am-5pm Mountain Time. This personalized session is your opportunity to collaborate closely with our expert designer, and ensure an accurate fitting experience.

During your 30 minute consultation, we will guide you through a tailored design process to create your ideal custom hat. Here's what to expect:

• Ensure a Final Perfect Fit: If you're attending an in-store consultation, we will take precise head measurements and assess your head shape to ensure a perfect fit, and will keep these measurements for future orders.
