We are located on the main floor of Bankers Hall, in the World of Vici Flagship Store.

What materials are used for Indie Hat Company's hats?

We take great pride in using only the highest quality materials. Our hats are crafted from premium beaver, beaver/rabbit blend, rabbit, and nutria (coypu) hat bodies. Each hat is detailed with sheepskin sweatbands and custom satin liners for luxurious comfort.

How do I determine my hat size?

During your personalized consultation, our experts will professionally measure your head size and shape to ensure the perfect fit for your custom hat.

If visiting us in person isn't possible, we'll provide guidance for finding your size through our measuring guide.

Do you offer online custom consultations?

Absolutely! We're delighted to collaborate with you on customizing your hat no matter where you are. Reach out to us, and we'll arrange a remote consultation and ship your hat to you.

Do you sell Ready to Wear hats?

When inspiration strikes and time allows, we occasionally have Ready to Wear hats available. Keep an eye on our Instagram for updates on RTW drops.

What if my hat gets damaged or loses its shape?

Indie Hat Company's hats are built to withstand the test of time. If your hat experiences damage or loses its shape, simply visit our shop. Most minor wear and tear can be easily remedied. However, significant damage or major redesigns may require a fee.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We're committed to ensuring your custom hat meets your expectations. While we're happy to make adjustments to sizing and design elements, please note that fully customized hats are made specifically to your specifications and are not eligible for refunds.
